I have had all my windows replaced by DS Windows and Doors. It was a totally stress free experience. I didn't need to redecorate as they made such a good job of it. The price was great and the quality high. One of the windows slipped, but I phoned up and someone came out very quickly and made sure it was adjusted with no fuss. Would highly recommend.

Had a composite door fitted. The fitter was lovely and very good at his job the door looks wonderful. No draughts and the door lets in plenty of light unlike our old one. The locking mechanism looks to be extremely safe and secure. The whole process of buying said door was easy, from the rep who first came, to fitting the door. Salesman was on time and professional, didn't push us for a sale. When we did buy the customer service was great and an installation date was swiftly organised. This did have to move by a few days but fitters arrived on time and worked all day on a tricky installation. They cleaned up after themselves regularly and were polite and friendly. Ability to pay by credit card is a great option. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
