Excellent communication, all visits were on time. Instalation day the team was on time and worked very efficiently despite a bitterly cold day, all was completed (4 windows in one day) and the finish/quality of Instalation was excellent.
All cleaned up and explained the functioning of the windows (locks/ventilation etc)

All the team were friendly and professional. The installer Rob was great. He turned up exactly on time both days, he was friendly, respectful, professional and he kept everything clean and tidy. I had lots of chats back and forth to help me decide on a colour and style, and staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made me mockups and quotes to help me choose.
