From our first visit to DS windows we were impressed with the service . Help and advice given when making our choice , style of door, colour, was exceptional.
Installation was carried out to a very high standard , both back and front doors now looking great. Work was completed the area was tidied, and we were given 3 keys for each door .
I would highly recommend DS windows for their efficiency and standard of work which in my mind has been excellent

They simply don’t bother responding. I first contacted them on 6 August for a quote for work on my bifold doors and provided photographs. I was told my enquiry would be passed to the team and that someone would get back to me shortly.

I chased them on 19 August and again on 26 August. On both occasions, they apologised and promised someone would contact me, but I have still heard nothing.

This is very unprofessional. If they are unable or unwilling to take on the job, they should simply say so instead of repeatedly making promises and wasting a customer’s time.

Fantastic Service from Start to Finish! We received emailed confirmations and updates throughout. The quote was set out very professionally as was all the paperwork. All the team were friendly and professional. The installer Rob was great. He turned up exactly on time both days, he was friendly, respectful, professional and he kept everything clean and tidy. Great Job by all of you. We will be having them back to do more work in a few months :)

Very happy with my new front door! The process overall was extremeley good. I had lots of chats back and forth to help me decide on a colour and style, and staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made me mockups and quotes to help me choose. Installation went very smoothly, Rob super professional and kept everything neat and tidy whilst it was being done and explained lots about after care.
