From our first visit to DS windows we were impressed with the service . Help and advice given when making our choice , style of door, colour, was exceptional.
Installation was carried out to a very high standard , both back and front doors now looking great. Work was completed the area was tidied, and we were given 3 keys for each door .
I would highly recommend DS windows for their efficiency and standard of work which in my mind has been excellent

They simply don’t bother responding. I first contacted them on 6 August for a quote for work on my bifold doors and provided photographs. I was told my enquiry would be passed to the team and that someone would get back to me shortly.

I chased them on 19 August and again on 26 August. On both occasions, they apologised and promised someone would contact me, but I have still heard nothing.

This is very unprofessional. If they are unable or unwilling to take on the job, they should simply say so instead of repeatedly making promises and wasting a customer’s time.

Big thanks to Matt for the job this week, replacing a glass panel with UPVC to install a cat flap in our new home.

It wasn't the nicest weather to be working outside and he was very patient with all my faffing about and overthinking the correct height for the hole!

After he was done he cleaned up after himself, and took away all the debris, leaving nothing behind but two happy cats (and one very pleased cat mama!).

Absolutely can’t fault this company. Extremely helpful and accommodating. 8 weeks from first enquiring to fitting. Darren, Donna and Mark were second to none in their customer care and attention to detail. Will definitely use again.

So nice to have some old school style customer service from start to finish. From getting a quote to lots of emails back and forth the service was 10/10.
Regular updates and options given making the whole experience so easy and professional.

Come installation day, emails few days before highlighting the order of the day. Matt arrived on time and is such a lovely and hard working individual. Regular check ins from Matt throughout the day to make sure I was happy.

Once All complete, all cleaned down, rubbish taken away and porch brushed down followed by an explanation about the locks, key box the cleaning of the door. Even down to a little pot of touch up paint should I incur any scratches over time.

Finished job so good it makes the windows look tired so already booked in for a quote to replace 😂.

I would highly recommend DS Windows and Doors, they are a small local business, very competitive on price but customer service is first class.
