I spoke to a lovely lady called Donna, she answered all my questions and was so bubbly and set my mind at ease to give them a try. Darren came to give a quote. He was very helpful and had lots of good suggestions for windows we may not of thought of. We found the cost resonable and went ahead with the order.
I was apprehensive, expecting there to be quite a bit of mess, but need not of worried. Two lovely guys Matt and Rob came to do the installation and they were brilliant. Their work was so neat and tidy, no mess apart from a bit of dust. Could not of asked for nicer people, or a better job. Really thrilled with everything. I totally recommend this company.

After having a very bad experience with replacement windows I was to say the least dubious about having more home improvements. I need not have worried.

From my initial enquiry, it was great not to be given “hard sell” tactics. All emails were answered swiftly and when visiting the showroom Donna was very helpful.

Installation went according to plan, Rob was friendly, punctual. very tidy worker and did a great job.

Donna telephoned to check I was happy with the end result and the paperwork for the guarantee was emailed across promptly.

Will definitely be using this company again.

Excellent communication, all visits were on time. Instalation day the team was on time and worked very efficiently despite a bitterly cold day, all was completed (4 windows in one day) and the finish/quality of Instalation was excellent.
All cleaned up and explained the functioning of the windows (locks/ventilation etc)

So nice to have some old school style customer service from start to finish. From getting a quote to lots of emails back and forth the service was 10/10.
Regular updates and options given making the whole experience so easy and professional.

Come installation day, emails few days before highlighting the order of the day. Matt arrived on time and is such a lovely and hard working individual. Regular check ins from Matt throughout the day to make sure I was happy.

Once All complete, all cleaned down, rubbish taken away and porch brushed down followed by an explanation about the locks, key box the cleaning of the door. Even down to a little pot of touch up paint should I incur any scratches over time.

Finished job so good it makes the windows look tired so already booked in for a quote to replace 😂.

I would highly recommend DS Windows and Doors, they are a small local business, very competitive on price but customer service is first class.

Had a composite door fitted. The fitter was lovely and very good at his job the door looks wonderful. No draughts and the door lets in plenty of light unlike our old one. The locking mechanism looks to be extremely safe and secure. The whole process of buying said door was easy, from the rep who first came, to fitting the door.
