Fantastic Service from Start to Finish! We received emailed confirmations and updates throughout. The quote was set out very professionally as was all the paperwork. All the team were friendly and professional. The installer Rob was great. He turned up exactly on time both days, he was friendly, respectful, professional and he kept everything clean and tidy. Great Job by all of you. We will be having them back to do more work in a few months 🙂

So nice to have some old school style customer service from start to finish. From getting a quote to lots of emails back and forth the service was 10/10.
Regular updates and options given making the whole experience so easy and professional.

Come installation day, emails few days before highlighting the order of the day. Matt arrived on time and is such a lovely and hard working individual. Regular check ins from Matt throughout the day to make sure I was happy.

Once All complete, all cleaned down, rubbish taken away and porch brushed down followed by an explanation about the locks, key box the cleaning of the door. Even down to a little pot of touch up paint should I incur any scratches over time.

Finished job so good it makes the windows look tired so already booked in for a quote to replace 😂.

I would highly recommend DS Windows and Doors, they are a small local business, very competitive on price but customer service is first class.

Had a composite door fitted. The fitter was lovely and very good at his job the door looks wonderful. No draughts and the door lets in plenty of light unlike our old one. The locking mechanism looks to be extremely safe and secure. The whole process of buying said door was easy, from the rep who first came, to fitting the door. An excellent experience from the outset, no hard sell, Darren listened to what we wanted and gave excellent informed advice….we trusted him. Nothing was too much trouble with advice and support through the design process and the price was and is the best value when compared with other local and national companies, the latter being over 100 percent dearer and inferior products. The fitters (Matt and Rob) arrived on time every day and over the three days proved to be efficient, helpful, tidy and problem solvers….they worked really hard and took pride in their work. DS windows charge 50 percent on contract and the remainder once the work was completed and we confirmed it was to an agreed standard ( this is not the approach for many companies). So no hard sell, quality windows that met our needs, expertly fitted, no mess and really competitive pricing…..thankyou

Further windows fitted in Feb 2025. Good price and excellent work by Matt and Rob who really take pride in their work and go out of their way to ensure everything is done to a high standard…..keep feeding them tea is the trick
