Donna in the office also so helpful and happy to answer many questions! They were able to fit installation around our schedule.

Matt and Rob the fitters were just so friendly and efficient - they were really tidy and took real care when working. They also answered any questions we had during the process. The windows and doors look amazing and they were installed so quickly!

Very happy with my new front door! The process overall was extremeley good. I had lots of chats back and forth to help me decide on a colour and style, and staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made me mockups and quotes to help me choose. Installation went very smoothly, Rob super professional and kept everything neat and tidy whilst it was being done and explained lots about after care. Salesman was on time and professional, didn't push us for a sale. When we did buy the customer service was great and an installation date was swiftly organised. This did have to move by a few days but fitters arrived on time and worked all day on a tricky installation. They cleaned up after themselves regularly and were polite and friendly. Ability to pay by credit card is a great option. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic Service from Start to Finish! We received emailed confirmations and updates throughout. The quote was set out very professionally as was all the paperwork. All the team were friendly and professional. The installer Rob was great. He turned up exactly on time both days, he was friendly, respectful, professional and he kept everything clean and tidy. Great Job by all of you. We will be having them back to do more work in a few months :)

We decided on laminated doors for improved installation.visited Ds windows & Doors show room and selected a front and back door with fittings installation date was set Jan 27 the first storm of 2026 Ds fitters arrived on time okay to fit the doors ? Had a composite door fitted. The fitter was lovely and very good at his job the door looks wonderful. No draughts and the door lets in plenty of light unlike our old one. The locking mechanism looks to be extremely safe and secure. The whole process of buying said door was easy, from the rep who first came, to fitting the door.
