Had a composite door fitted. The fitter was lovely and very good at his job the door looks wonderful. No draughts and the door lets in plenty of light unlike our old one. The locking mechanism looks to be extremely safe and secure. The whole process of buying said door was easy, from the rep who first came, to fitting the door. Everyone at DS was friendly and professional and kept me informed of every step. All in all very pleased

Had a new composite front door installed today by Matt. Matt was very friendly and polite, cleaned up after himself and made sure i was happy before he left. The customer experience from beginning to end has been great. No pushy sales team just years of experience on the job and all questioned answered and explained. You can tell this is a family run business and not a nationwide company that do a job and leave, they are people at the end of the day and interact like people. Salesman was on time and professional, didn't push us for a sale. When we did buy the customer service was great and an installation date was swiftly organised. This did have to move by a few days but fitters arrived on time and worked all day on a tricky installation. They cleaned up after themselves regularly and were polite and friendly. Ability to pay by credit card is a great option. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
