Thank you to DS windows and doors. We had all of our windows done and 2 doors and french doors.

We saw Darren in the showroom who helped us with our so many questions as we had never bought windows and doors before.

Donna in the office also so helpful and happy to answer many questions! They were able to fit installation around our schedule.

Matt and Rob the fitters were just so friendly and efficient - they were really tidy and took real care when working. They also answered any questions we had during the process. The windows and doors look amazing and they were installed so quickly!

DS Doors and Windows came recommended to us, I cannot say how highly I would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their existing doors and windows. From beginning to end, the communication, the guys that fitted our doors, all were absolutely amazing, we are thrilled with our new doors, they are all friendly, professional, clean up after themselves and did a fantastic job. Salesman was on time and professional, didn't push us for a sale. When we did buy the customer service was great and an installation date was swiftly organised. This did have to move by a few days but fitters arrived on time and worked all day on a tricky installation. They cleaned up after themselves regularly and were polite and friendly. Ability to pay by credit card is a great option. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Had a composite door fitted. The fitter was lovely and very good at his job the door looks wonderful. No draughts and the door lets in plenty of light unlike our old one. The locking mechanism looks to be extremely safe and secure. The whole process of buying said door was easy, from the rep who first came, to fitting the door. Everyone at DS was friendly and professional and kept me informed of every step. All in all very pleased

DS Windows and Doors exceeded all expectations. I spent quite a while searching for a company I felt I could trust. Their other reviews were really good so I decided to give them a call. I spoke to a lovely lady called Donna, she answered all my questions and was so bubbly and set my mind at ease to give them a try. Darren came to give a quote. He was very helpful and had lots of good suggestions for windows we may not of thought of. We found the cost resonable and went ahead with the order.
I was apprehensive, expecting there to be quite a bit of mess, but need not of worried. Two lovely guys Matt and Rob came to do the installation and they were brilliant. Their work was so neat and tidy, no mess apart from a bit of dust. Could not of asked for nicer people, or a better job. Really thrilled with everything. I totally recommend this company.
