Excellent experience - easy to arrange (and rearrange) the visit. Rob did a fantastic job on our door, which now closes and locks beautifully. Highly recommended.

This is a great firm to deal with. Communication throughout was excellent, the price was very fair and the fitting of the front door was carried out efficiently and skilfully by Matt who was also a really nice bloke as well! Highly recommended

Contacted them via phone to request a quote. Was told by the lady who answered that I would get a rough estimate in a few days. Nothing was sent, so left a voicemail and also sent a message through their website contact form, yet nobody bothered to get back to me and was ultimately ignored.

Friendly, professional business from first visit to their showroom to last phone conversation checking all was well. Prompt with giving a quote. No messing about with the pricing, the work was carried out well. Happy to accommodate the date i wanted the work done. Immaculately tidy. And now I have a lovely new front door. 🙂

DS Windows and Doors exceeded all expectations. I spent quite a while searching for a company I felt I could trust. Their other reviews were really good so I decided to give them a call. I spoke to a lovely lady called Donna, she answered all my questions and was so bubbly and set my mind at ease to give them a try. Darren came to give a quote. He was very helpful and had lots of good suggestions for windows we may not of thought of. We found the cost resonable and went ahead with the order.
I was apprehensive, expecting there to be quite a bit of mess, but need not of worried. Two lovely guys Matt and Rob came to do the installation and they were brilliant. Their work was so neat and tidy, no mess apart from a bit of dust. Could not of asked for nicer people, or a better job. Really thrilled with everything. I totally recommend this company.

Very Impressive from initial enquiry through to installation and after sales contact.

After having a very bad experience with replacement windows I was to say the least dubious about having more home improvements. I need not have worried.

From my initial enquiry, it was great not to be given “hard sell” tactics. All emails were answered swiftly and when visiting the showroom Donna was very helpful.

Installation went according to plan, Rob was friendly, punctual. very tidy worker and did a great job.

Donna telephoned to check I was happy with the end result and the paperwork for the guarantee was emailed across promptly.

Will definitely be using this company again.

Excellent communication, all visits were on time. Instalation day the team was on time and worked very efficiently despite a bitterly cold day, all was completed (4 windows in one day) and the finish/quality of Instalation was excellent.
All cleaned up and explained the functioning of the windows (locks/ventilation etc)
Entirely satisfied would definitely recommend DS Windows.
