Very happy with my new front door! The process overall was extremeley good. I had lots of chats back and forth to help me decide on a colour and style, and staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made me mockups and quotes to help me choose. Installation went very smoothly, Rob super professional and kept everything neat and tidy whilst it was being done and explained lots about after care. Very communicative about dates and prices so everything was dealt with smoothly. Very happy with my beautiful front door Thanks!!

Extremely happy with the professional fitting of my front and back doors, from the start of this journey to the end this company was outstanding. We decided on laminated doors for improved installation.visited Ds windows & Doors show room and selected a front and back door with fittings installation date was set Jan 27 the first storm of 2026 Ds fitters arrived on time okay to fit the doors ? Had a composite door fitted. The fitter was lovely and very good at his job the door looks wonderful. No draughts and the door lets in plenty of light unlike our old one. The locking mechanism looks to be extremely safe and secure. The whole process of buying said door was easy, from the rep who first came, to fitting the door. Everyone at DS was friendly and professional and kept me informed of every step. All in all very pleased

Salesman was on time and professional, didn't push us for a sale. When we did buy the customer service was great and an installation date was swiftly organised. This did have to move by a few days but fitters arrived on time and worked all day on a tricky installation. They cleaned up after themselves regularly and were polite and friendly. Ability to pay by credit card is a great option. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
