From beginning to end, the communication, the guys that fitted our doors, all were absolutely amazing, we are thrilled with our new doors, they are all friendly, professional, clean up after themselves and did a fantastic job. Extremely happy with the professional fitting of my front and back doors, from the start of this journey to the end this company was outstanding. We decided on laminated doors for improved installation.visited Ds windows & Doors show room and selected a front and back door with fittings installation date was set Jan 27 the first storm of 2026 Ds fitters arrived on time okay to fit the doors ? Big thanks to Matt for the job this week, replacing a glass panel with UPVC to install a cat flap in our new home.

It wasn't the nicest weather to be working outside and he was very patient with all my faffing about and overthinking the correct height for the hole!

After he was done he cleaned up after himself, and took away all the debris, leaving nothing behind but two happy cats (and one very pleased cat mama!).

Contacted them via phone to request a quote. Was told by the lady who answered that I would get a rough estimate in a few days. Nothing was sent, so left a voicemail and also sent a message through their website contact form, yet nobody bothered to get back to me and was ultimately ignored.

Had a composite door fitted. The fitter was lovely and very good at his job the door looks wonderful. No draughts and the door lets in plenty of light unlike our old one. The locking mechanism looks to be extremely safe and secure. The whole process of buying said door was easy, from the rep who first came, to fitting the door. Everyone at DS was friendly and professional and kept me informed of every step. All in all very pleased

DS Windows and Doors exceeded all expectations. I spent quite a while searching for a company I felt I could trust. Their other reviews were really good so I decided to give them a call. I spoke to a lovely lady called Donna, she answered all my questions and was so bubbly and set my mind at ease to give them a try. Darren came to give a quote. He was very helpful and had lots of good suggestions for windows we may not of thought of. We found the cost resonable and went ahead with the order.
I was apprehensive, expecting there to be quite a bit of mess, but need not of worried. Two lovely guys Matt and Rob came to do the installation and they were brilliant. Their work was so neat and tidy, no mess apart from a bit of dust. Could not of asked for nicer people, or a better job. Really thrilled with everything. I totally recommend this company.
