Recently had the front windows and door replaced. From start to finish the service was spot on. Communication was great, did what they said when promised and the entire process or enquiry, measurement, choice and fitting was seamless. Matt the fitter was great, punctual and has helped transform the house. Would not hesitate to recommend their services and will certainly use again if needed.

Salesman was on time and professional, didn't push us for a sale. When we did buy the customer service was great and an installation date was swiftly organised. This did have to move by a few days but fitters arrived on time and worked all day on a tricky installation. They cleaned up after themselves regularly and were polite and friendly. Ability to pay by credit card is a great option. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Wow, where do I begin with this company from my first enquiry to my final fitting yesterday? It has been AMAZING the quote given to me was fair and honest also had no pushy sales technique which made me really want to use this company from the get go! Darren came to survey my home at the time agreed really nice friendly guy. I even had some questions about a window upstairs Unrelated to my enquiry and he happily had a look for me and gave me some advice. I was kept up to date whilst my order was processed. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Matt who fitted my French doors for me with care and professionalism He was super friendly and down to earth. Matt took time ensuring that everything was just right keeping me updated along the way. He cleaned up and also advised me on care going forward. I’m so happy with the end result I’ve actually already told a friend about this company. All I can say is I wish I had a found DS Window And Doors for my previous work don’t hesitate in using this company The quality of the door is top notch no damage to my wall at all when removing the old ones these guys really do care about what they do and their customers.
