I have had all my windows replaced by DS Windows and Doors. It was a totally stress free experience. I didn't need to redecorate as they made such a good job of it. Excellent communication, all visits were on time. Instalation day the team was on time and worked very efficiently despite a bitterly cold day, all was completed (4 windows in one day) and the finish/quality of Instalation was excellent.
All cleaned up and explained the functioning of the windows (locks/ventilation etc)

DS Windows and Doors exceeded all expectations. I spent quite a while searching for a company I felt I could trust. Their other reviews were really good so I decided to give them a call. I spoke to a lovely lady called Donna, she answered all my questions and was so bubbly and set my mind at ease to give them a try. Darren came to give a quote. He was very helpful and had lots of good suggestions for windows we may not of thought of. We found the cost resonable and went ahead with the order.
I was apprehensive, expecting there to be quite a bit of mess, but need not of worried. Two lovely guys Matt and Rob came to do the installation and they were brilliant. Their work was so neat and tidy, no mess apart from a bit of dust. Could not of asked for nicer people, or a better job. Really thrilled with everything. I totally recommend this company.
