Big thanks to Matt for the job this week, replacing a glass panel with UPVC to install a cat flap in our new home.

It wasn't the nicest weather to be working outside and he was very patient with all my faffing about and overthinking the correct height for the hole!

After he was done he cleaned up after himself, and took away all the debris, leaving nothing behind but two happy cats (and one very pleased cat mama!).

Contacted them via phone to request a quote. Was told by the lady who answered that I would get a rough estimate in a few days. Nothing was sent, so left a voicemail and also sent a message through their website contact form, yet nobody bothered to get back to me and was ultimately ignored.
