Terms & Conditions

All items remain property of DS Windows & Doors until final balance is paid. Final balance to be paid upon completion of installation. Late payments will be charged daily at our discretion.

Your contract must be signed & the deposit paid before materials are ordered. Deposits are non-refundable once order of materials is made. Deposits are high to cover the majority of materials.

Once ordered no amendments can be made, so please check all job details on this contract are correct before signing. Once we have arrived on site, if third party building work delays installation of materials, a charge will be applied to the final balance. We are not responsible for the removal or reinstallation of window blinds, and all furniture should be moved out of the way of windows/doors prior to our arrival where possible.

DS Windows & Doors are not responsible for any damage caused by third party contractors once installation is complete, and any subsequent remedial work required is chargeable. All rubbish to be removed from site. Installations are weather dependent.

Once an order is placed we are not liable for any delays we may face from our suppliers. If you’re not familiar with any of the terminology used in your contract, please give us a call.

An excellent experience from the outset, no hard sell, Darren listened to what we wanted and gave excellent informed advice….we trusted him. Nothing was too much trouble with advice and support through the design process and the price was and is the best value when compared with other local and national companies, the latter being over 100 percent dearer and inferior products. The fitters (Matt and Rob) arrived on time every day and over the three days proved to be efficient, helpful, tidy and problem solvers….they worked really hard and took pride in their work. DS windows charge 50 percent on contract and the remainder once the work was completed and we confirmed it was to an agreed standard ( this is not the approach for many companies). So no hard sell, quality windows that met our needs, expertly fitted, no mess and really competitive pricing…..thankyou

Further windows fitted in Feb 2025. Good price and excellent work by Matt and Rob who really take pride in their work and go out of their way to ensure everything is done to a high standard…..keep feeding them tea is the trick

Had all my old windows and doors replaced. Excellent service from friendly helpful staff Darren, Judith, Rob and Matt. Excellent service! Everything from communicating with us about our initial assessment for the job, to ordering and manufacturing timelines, resulted in a thorough and quality job well done. A good experience with this company. I had a new window put into my kitchen wall for more light. The price seemed very fair. The guys that came we very nice and, professional. Left everywhere nice and tidy and did a good job. Very happy and would definitely use again.

Very efficient and kept us updated from start to finish - highly recommend.

Had a new composite front door installed today by Matt. Matt was very friendly and polite, cleaned up after himself and made sure i was happy before he left. The customer experience from beginning to end has been great. No pushy sales team just years of experience on the job and all questioned answered and explained. You can tell this is a family run business and not a nationwide company that do a job and leave, they are people at the end of the day and interact like people.
