Terms & Conditions
All items remain property of DS Windows & Doors until final balance is paid. Final balance to be paid upon completion of installation. Late payments will be charged daily at our discretion.
Your contract must be signed & the deposit paid before materials are ordered. Deposits are non-refundable once order of materials is made. Deposits are high to cover the majority of materials.
Once ordered no amendments can be made, so please check all job details on this contract are correct before signing. Once we have arrived on site, if third party building work delays installation of materials, a charge will be applied to the final balance. We are not responsible for the removal or reinstallation of window blinds, and all furniture should be moved out of the way of windows/doors prior to our arrival where possible.
DS Windows & Doors are not responsible for any damage caused by third party contractors once installation is complete, and any subsequent remedial work required is chargeable. All rubbish to be removed from site. Installations are weather dependent.
Once an order is placed we are not liable for any delays we may face from our suppliers. If you’re not familiar with any of the terminology used in your contract, please give us a call.
