This company was recommended to us. There is no "making good" once the job was completed. It's a all-in job. We are very happy with the way we were dealt with by the office staff and the installers were also very polite and professional. Highly recommended!

Excellent communication, all visits were on time. Instalation day the team was on time and worked very efficiently despite a bitterly cold day, all was completed (4 windows in one day) and the finish/quality of Instalation was excellent.
All cleaned up and explained the functioning of the windows (locks/ventilation etc)
Entirely satisfied would definitely recommend DS Windows.

Salesman was on time and professional, didn't push us for a sale. When we did buy the customer service was great and an installation date was swiftly organised. This did have to move by a few days but fitters arrived on time and worked all day on a tricky installation. They cleaned up after themselves regularly and were polite and friendly. Ability to pay by credit card is a great option. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Excellent experience - easy to arrange (and rearrange) the visit. Rob did a fantastic job on our door, which now closes and locks beautifully. Highly recommended.

Very efficient, communication and timescale all top notch. The assessment beforehand was spot on, the fitter was prompt and easy to work with, did a great job and left no mess. What more could I ask for!

Contacted them via phone to request a quote. Was told by the lady who answered that I would get a rough estimate in a few days. Nothing was sent, so left a voicemail and also sent a message through their website contact form, yet nobody bothered to get back to me and was ultimately ignored.

A good experience with this company. I had a new window put into my kitchen wall for more light. The price seemed very fair. The guys that came we very nice and, professional. Left everywhere nice and tidy and did a good job. Very happy and would definitely use again.
