Very friendly, efficient fitter(Matt),who kept us informed all the way through the process of fitting our new front door.We we're very impressed with the workmanship & attention to detail from Matt & we wouldn't hesitate to recommend DS Windows to anyone

DS windows and Doors did a very good job in installing our sliding door.Courteous efficient staff, good communication skills, and in general a job well done.I will definitely be using them in the future.

They simply don’t bother responding. I first contacted them on 6 August for a quote for work on my bifold doors and provided photographs. I was told my enquiry would be passed to the team and that someone would get back to me shortly.

I chased them on 19 August and again on 26 August. On both occasions, they apologised and promised someone would contact me, but I have still heard nothing.

This is very unprofessional. If they are unable or unwilling to take on the job, they should simply say so instead of repeatedly making promises and wasting a customer’s time.

This company was recommended to us. There is no "making good" once the job was completed. It's a all-in job. We are very happy with the way we were dealt with by the office staff and the installers were also very polite and professional. Highly recommended!

Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your kind words and recommendation! We’re really pleased to hear you were happy with both our office team and installers – we’ll be sure to pass your feedback on to them. It’s great to know the whole process met your expectations from start to finish. If you ever need anything in the future, we’re always here to help!

We have just recently had an installation of all new double glazing and a beautiful bi-folding door supplied and fitted by DS Windows of Lincoln. The process was seamless, the customer care exemplary and the fitting was excellent. Special thanks to Donna for excellent and proactive contact, care and advice. DS Windows are a first class operation

Had a composite door fitted. The fitter was lovely and very good at his job the door looks wonderful. No draughts and the door lets in plenty of light unlike our old one. The locking mechanism looks to be extremely safe and secure. The whole process of buying said door was easy, from the rep who first came, to fitting the door. Everyone at DS was friendly and professional and kept me informed of every step. All in all very pleased

It’s great to hear the team kept you well informed and that you’re enjoying the light, warmth and security the new door brings.
