I have had all my windows replaced by DS Windows and Doors. It was a totally stress free experience. I didn't need to redecorate as they made such a good job of it. The price was great and the quality high. One of the windows slipped, but I phoned up and someone came out very quickly and made sure it was adjusted with no fuss. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience from Darren and his team from start to finish. Was invited to the showroom and warmly met by Donna who discussed all our options.
Excellent communication about installation, and what to expect.
Matt did an absolutely brilliant job of installing our door, left everything spotless and went through everything to make sure we were happy before he left. Would 100% recommend.

Had a new composite front door installed today by Matt. Matt was very friendly and polite, cleaned up after himself and made sure i was happy before he left. The customer experience from beginning to end has been great. No pushy sales team just years of experience on the job and all questioned answered and explained. You can tell this is a family run business and not a nationwide company that do a job and leave, they are people at the end of the day and interact like people. DS Windows and Doors exceeded all expectations. I spent quite a while searching for a company I felt I could trust. Their other reviews were really good so I decided to give them a call. I spoke to a lovely lady called Donna, she answered all my questions and was so bubbly and set my mind at ease to give them a try. Darren came to give a quote. He was very helpful and had lots of good suggestions for windows we may not of thought of. We found the cost resonable and went ahead with the order.
I was apprehensive, expecting there to be quite a bit of mess, but need not of worried. Two lovely guys Matt and Rob came to do the installation and they were brilliant. Their work was so neat and tidy, no mess apart from a bit of dust. Could not of asked for nicer people, or a better job. Really thrilled with everything. I totally recommend this company.

Salesman was on time and professional, didn't push us for a sale. When we did buy the customer service was great and an installation date was swiftly organised. This did have to move by a few days but fitters arrived on time and worked all day on a tricky installation. They cleaned up after themselves regularly and were polite and friendly. Ability to pay by credit card is a great option. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
