I have had all my windows replaced by DS Windows and Doors. It was a totally stress free experience. I didn't need to redecorate as they made such a good job of it. The price was great and the quality high. One of the windows slipped, but I phoned up and someone came out very quickly and made sure it was adjusted with no fuss. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience from Darren and his team from start to finish. Was invited to the showroom and warmly met by Donna who discussed all our options.
Excellent communication about installation, and what to expect.
Matt did an absolutely brilliant job of installing our door, left everything spotless and went through everything to make sure we were happy before he left. Would 100% recommend.

Had a composite door fitted. The fitter was lovely and very good at his job the door looks wonderful. No draughts and the door lets in plenty of light unlike our old one. The locking mechanism looks to be extremely safe and secure. The whole process of buying said door was easy, from the rep who first came, to fitting the door. So nice to have some old school style customer service from start to finish. From getting a quote to lots of emails back and forth the service was 10/10.
Regular updates and options given making the whole experience so easy and professional.

Come installation day, emails few days before highlighting the order of the day. Matt arrived on time and is such a lovely and hard working individual. Regular check ins from Matt throughout the day to make sure I was happy.

Once All complete, all cleaned down, rubbish taken away and porch brushed down followed by an explanation about the locks, key box the cleaning of the door. Even down to a little pot of touch up paint should I incur any scratches over time.

Finished job so good it makes the windows look tired so already booked in for a quote to replace 😂.

I would highly recommend DS Windows and Doors, they are a small local business, very competitive on price but customer service is first class.

Fantastic Service from Start to Finish! We received emailed confirmations and updates throughout. The quote was set out very professionally as was all the paperwork. All the team were friendly and professional. The installer Rob was great. He turned up exactly on time both days, he was friendly, respectful, professional and he kept everything clean and tidy. Great Job by all of you. We will be having them back to do more work in a few months :)
