I had lots of chats back and forth to help me decide on a colour and style, and staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made me mockups and quotes to help me choose. Installation went very smoothly, Rob super professional and kept everything neat and tidy whilst it was being done and explained lots about after care. We decided on laminated doors for improved installation.visited Ds windows & Doors show room and selected a front and back door with fittings installation date was set Jan 27 the first storm of 2026 Ds fitters arrived on time okay to fit the doors ? Big thanks to Matt for the job this week, replacing a glass panel with UPVC to install a cat flap in our new home.

It wasn't the nicest weather to be working outside and he was very patient with all my faffing about and overthinking the correct height for the hole!

After he was done he cleaned up after himself, and took away all the debris, leaving nothing behind but two happy cats (and one very pleased cat mama!).

Salesman was on time and professional, didn't push us for a sale. When we did buy the customer service was great and an installation date was swiftly organised. This did have to move by a few days but fitters arrived on time and worked all day on a tricky installation. They cleaned up after themselves regularly and were polite and friendly. Ability to pay by credit card is a great option. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
