The windows themselves are gorgeous and finished to a really high standard, and the professional installation by Matt and Rob was far smoother than anticipated - efficient, tidy and painless. This company was recommended to us. There is no "making good" once the job was completed. It's a all-in job. We are very happy with the way we were dealt with by the office staff and the installers were also very polite and professional. Highly recommended!
