Our showroom is conveniently located on Teal Park, behind the new Costa Coffee and KFC just off Whisby Road and the A46. 

Drive past Costa on your right, then turn right at the mini roundabout in front of Siemens. Follow the road down until you see the Blackwood Court sign on your right, then turn right into the estate. We are Unit 5 which is on your left, and you will see a yellow skip outside our office.

Had a new composite front door installed today by Matt. Matt was very friendly and polite, cleaned up after himself and made sure i was happy before he left. The customer experience from beginning to end has been great. No pushy sales team just years of experience on the job and all questioned answered and explained. You can tell this is a family run business and not a nationwide company that do a job and leave, they are people at the end of the day and interact like people. Wow, where do I begin with this company from my first enquiry to my final fitting yesterday? It has been AMAZING the quote given to me was fair and honest also had no pushy sales technique which made me really want to use this company from the get go! Darren came to survey my home at the time agreed really nice friendly guy. I even had some questions about a window upstairs Unrelated to my enquiry and he happily had a look for me and gave me some advice. I was kept up to date whilst my order was processed. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Matt who fitted my French doors for me with care and professionalism He was super friendly and down to earth. Matt took time ensuring that everything was just right keeping me updated along the way. He cleaned up and also advised me on care going forward. I’m so happy with the end result I’ve actually already told a friend about this company. All I can say is I wish I had a found DS Window And Doors for my previous work don’t hesitate in using this company The quality of the door is top notch no damage to my wall at all when removing the old ones these guys really do care about what they do and their customers. We had an issue with our bifold doors where they were not sealing shut and catching on the bottom. We contacted DS windows and they quickly arranged someone to come out and have a look. The gentleman who came was very friendly and did an excellent job in sorting the issue. I would definitely recommend DS windows for their quick, professional and friendly service! We would certainly use them again!
