They simply don’t bother responding. I first contacted them on 6 August for a quote for work on my bifold doors and provided photographs. I was told my enquiry would be passed to the team and that someone would get back to me shortly.

I chased them on 19 August and again on 26 August. On both occasions, they apologised and promised someone would contact me, but I have still heard nothing.

This is very unprofessional. If they are unable or unwilling to take on the job, they should simply say so instead of repeatedly making promises and wasting a customer’s time.

I am very happy with the overall service DS Windows and Doors provided. Donna was very quick with her responses to my questions and sending over a quote for our new windows. The fitters were very efficient and tidy and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend and would use again.

Very happy with my new front door! The process overall was extremeley good. I had lots of chats back and forth to help me decide on a colour and style, and staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made me mockups and quotes to help me choose. Installation went very smoothly, Rob super professional and kept everything neat and tidy whilst it was being done and explained lots about after care. Very communicative about dates and prices so everything was dealt with smoothly. Very happy with my beautiful front door Thanks!!

This is a great firm to deal with. Communication throughout was excellent, the price was very fair and the fitting of the front door was carried out efficiently and skilfully by Matt who was also a really nice bloke as well! Highly recommended

DS Windows and Doors exceeded all expectations. I spent quite a while searching for a company I felt I could trust. Their other reviews were really good so I decided to give them a call. I spoke to a lovely lady called Donna, she answered all my questions and was so bubbly and set my mind at ease to give them a try. Darren came to give a quote. He was very helpful and had lots of good suggestions for windows we may not of thought of. We found the cost resonable and went ahead with the order.
I was apprehensive, expecting there to be quite a bit of mess, but need not of worried. Two lovely guys Matt and Rob came to do the installation and they were brilliant. Their work was so neat and tidy, no mess apart from a bit of dust. Could not of asked for nicer people, or a better job. Really thrilled with everything. I totally recommend this company.
