Thank you to DS windows and doors. We had all of our windows done and 2 doors and french doors.

We saw Darren in the showroom who helped us with our so many questions as we had never bought windows and doors before.

Donna in the office also so helpful and happy to answer many questions! They were able to fit installation around our schedule.

Matt and Rob the fitters were just so friendly and efficient - they were really tidy and took real care when working. They also answered any questions we had during the process. The windows and doors look amazing and they were installed so quickly!

I had lots of chats back and forth to help me decide on a colour and style, and staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made me mockups and quotes to help me choose. Installation went very smoothly, Rob super professional and kept everything neat and tidy whilst it was being done and explained lots about after care. Very communicative about dates and prices so everything was dealt with smoothly. Very happy with my beautiful front door Thanks!!

From beginning to end, the communication, the guys that fitted our doors, all were absolutely amazing, we are thrilled with our new doors, they are all friendly, professional, clean up after themselves and did a fantastic job. From start to finish, our front door replacement was executed seamlessly.
Fitter was polite and courteous with an excellent attention to detail.
Our door is perfectly fitted, handed over with a full aftercare guidance including set up of the supplied smartlock.

Fantastic Service from Start to Finish! We received emailed confirmations and updates throughout. The quote was set out very professionally as was all the paperwork. All the team were friendly and professional. The installer Rob was great. He turned up exactly on time both days, he was friendly, respectful, professional and he kept everything clean and tidy. Great Job by all of you. We will be having them back to do more work in a few months :)
