Excellent job professionally executed. The job was a simple replacement of some blown double glazing units but from the initial measuring to final fitting, the service from DS Windows & Doors was exceptional. No hard sell from the sales rep, and the fitter, Rob was excellent, friendly and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend DS Windows & Doors and they will be my first call for any future window or door needs.

A very professional company from contact to fitting.
A few queries before fitting were cleared up...thanks Donna. Then on fitting day Rob and and Matt were very professional and courteous. Their work was very tidy and all cleaned up at the end. I would happily recommend this company and use them again.

Had a new composite front door installed today by Matt. Matt was very friendly and polite, cleaned up after himself and made sure i was happy before he left. The customer experience from beginning to end has been great. No pushy sales team just years of experience on the job and all questioned answered and explained. You can tell this is a family run business and not a nationwide company that do a job and leave, they are people at the end of the day and interact like people. An overwhelmingly positive experience. Replaced my door with a better quality composite one. Effortless (from my point of view), quick, accurate measurements and quote, installed it in one morning and it looks fantastic (not to mention being much more secure). The installers were friendly and polite, did a high quality job and cleaned up after themselves- couldn’t ask for more.

Wow, where do I begin with this company from my first enquiry to my final fitting yesterday? It has been AMAZING the quote given to me was fair and honest also had no pushy sales technique which made me really want to use this company from the get go! Darren came to survey my home at the time agreed really nice friendly guy. I even had some questions about a window upstairs Unrelated to my enquiry and he happily had a look for me and gave me some advice. I was kept up to date whilst my order was processed. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Matt who fitted my French doors for me with care and professionalism He was super friendly and down to earth. Matt took time ensuring that everything was just right keeping me updated along the way. He cleaned up and also advised me on care going forward. I’m so happy with the end result I’ve actually already told a friend about this company. All I can say is I wish I had a found DS Window And Doors for my previous work don’t hesitate in using this company The quality of the door is top notch no damage to my wall at all when removing the old ones these guys really do care about what they do and their customers. The people I dealt with in person and via telephone/emails were amazing and so lovely that goes such a long way thank you all so much for everything! Recently had the front windows and door replaced. From start to finish the service was spot on. Communication was great, did what they said when promised and the entire process or enquiry, measurement, choice and fitting was seamless. I can't praise the team at DS Windows and Doors highly enough. From the initial conversation with Darren about what I was looking for, through the design and quote process, the contact between ordering and install and then the install itself, I just couldn't be happier. Everyone in the team was professional and a pleasure to work with. I love our new doors so much, I wish I'd replaced them sooner. Would 100% recommend (and have already done so!).

Had a new door fitted yesterday with Matt and Rob. No mess and fitted without fuss and we are very pleased not only with the result but also the whole process. There was no hard sell or pressure to buy that I experienced with competitors the fitting team were friendly and efficient. DS are a relatively small company but I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to purchase new doors
