Very happy with my new front door! The process overall was extremeley good. I had lots of chats back and forth to help me decide on a colour and style, and staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made me mockups and quotes to help me choose. Installation went very smoothly, Rob super professional and kept everything neat and tidy whilst it was being done and explained lots about after care. We decided on laminated doors for improved installation.visited Ds windows & Doors show room and selected a front and back door with fittings installation date was set Jan 27 the first storm of 2026 Ds fitters arrived on time okay to fit the doors ?     Excellent communication, all visits were on time. Instalation day the team was on time and worked very efficiently despite a bitterly cold day, all was completed (4 windows in one day) and the finish/quality of Instalation was excellent.
    All cleaned up and explained the functioning of the windows (locks/ventilation etc)
    Entirely satisfied would definitely recommend DS Windows.

    Fantastic Service from Start to Finish! We received emailed confirmations and updates throughout. The quote was set out very professionally as was all the paperwork. All the team were friendly and professional. The installer Rob was great. He turned up exactly on time both days, he was friendly, respectful, professional and he kept everything clean and tidy.
